A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing direct patient care across hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care settings. CNAs assist patients with essential daily activities, monitor health conditions, and serve as a primary point of contact between patients and clinical staff.

In Florida, demand for CNAs remains strong and consistent — driven by an aging population and an expanding network of long-term care and senior living facilities. For compassionate, people-oriented individuals, this is a career with real daily impact and clear pathways for advancement into higher-level nursing roles.
